New single coming

We’re heading into the studio in April to record a few new tunes. It’ll be produced by the incomparable Stevie Z.

In the meantime, keep checking our shows page as we plan to continue playing a show a month through spring. We’re playing Trash Bar in Brooklyn this month and heading back to the far reaches of Manhattan for a show at Ding Dong Lounge in April.

Tuesday thanks

Had a blast at Otto’s Shrunken Head, especially considering it was a Tuesday. Cool place, stop by if you get the chance. Here’s a pic of us rocking out:

Good night

We had fun playing Desmond’s Saturday night. Thanks to those who came out, we expect to break big any day now. Maybe Tuesday.

Jan. 31 at Desmond's Tavern, NYC.

Joe is back

Joey Balls is back in action with us this month after taking a hiatus due to knee surgery. Joe will make his triumphant return with us at Desmond’s, Jan. 31. Be there or… just be there.

Thanks for everyone who braved the snow to come out to our show on Saturday.

Anyway, good to be playing out and we’ll be doing a few shows between now and spring. Come back here for updates.

Joe’s crazy knee

Joey “Balls” Scalone, lead guitarist, goes under the knife for knee surgery today. He’ll be on leave from the band until he recovers but we expect him back in action in the new year.

We back

You may have noticed we’ve booked some shows. We should be doing a show a month or so until about spring or so.

More news coming…

Been rehearsing with the new live lineup, which is:

Me (Vocals/Guitar), Joey Balls (Lead Guitar), Mike “Viv” Verdino (Bass/Backing Vocals) and “Die Hard Liam” McKiernan (Drums/Backing Vocals).

We’ll be announcing dates for some shows shortly so stay tuned! In the meantime, why don’t you download our new album, “Say Hey! Live From Yonkers” on iTunes?

New songs and more studio sessions will follow with the extended Hutch roster. Stay tuned to this space for updates.

Our second full-length CD, “More of the Same Vol. 1” is now available for download on iTunes.

Included are two bonus tracks, one of which is the original version of “Beer Equals Dude” recorded by my high school band, The Cake Eaters.
